Enhancing Relationships is an 8 week programme on relationship development, commencing on 18th January 2016, 7.15 - 9.30 p.m. at My Place, Midleton, Co.Cork.

This programme will be of interest to anyone who wishes to deepen their relationship with self, partner, child, parent, friend or work colleague. We will explore how the nature of relationship with self is the cornerstone of all other relationships and we will examine the blocks to consciously relating with self and others. Our journeying together will take place in an atmosphere of compassion and non-judgement, giving each participant an opportunity to participate in safety.
